Horrible experience! I purchased this vehicle from Nick over at the Taverna Collection. I had a a Prepurchase inspection done before we went through with the deal. The ins I purchased this vehicle from Nick over at the Taverna Collection. I had a a Prepurchase inspection done before we went through with the deal. The inspection guys said that the car was really dirty when they inspected it. After inspection was completeled they sent me a report. I asked that the dealership fix the issues that the report had. Nick assured me that everything we talked about was fixed. Which for the most part is was. I had the car transported in an enclosed transport trailer. When I received the vehicle I was extremely disappointed. The interior looked like it was cleaned up but when the transport guy pulled it out I could tell right away that the car hadn't been washed in months! I got a detailer out to detail the car and that is when all these issues came to light that weren't visible before due to it being so dirty! I have now spent over $2000 repairing all these issues! I did call and speak with Nick and he informed me that the vehicle is sold and it is no longer their problem.... Absolutely insane! I don't usually leave bad reviews. But please people make sure to see vehicles in person! More

Found on the internet. Nick made all of our requests happen! Nick said we have three white Rovers and one black one... black is the best! The pushy salesmen, pressure to buy, all of the anxieties related to car buying is just overwhelming. I reached out to The Taverna Collection after seeing my Mercedes CLA on the website. First of all, I've never bought a car before and I've had the same car my parents bought me since I was 16. I'm 26 now, never had car payments and decided to save up to buy a car out right. The next morning, Reny reached out to me about my inquiry on the car. At first, we talked about everything but the car, which was great because I live close to 500 miles away. We had time to get acquainted with each other which made me so much comfortable to trust an online car purchase. She answered every question I asked and even gave me her personal cell number. Oh, Did I mention they even delivered my car? Yeah, it's great to live in 2019.
