My name is Elvin and I went to Taverna Collection lot looking to trade in my Cadillac ATS. As I arrived I was very cautious and concern about dealing with Used car dealer and not a Typical Big name Car d looking to trade in my Cadillac ATS. As I arrived I was very cautious and concern about dealing with Used car dealer and not a Typical Big name Car dealership. I've purchased cars from Lexus, Cadillac and Ford dealerships in the past and let me tell you after meeting with Arturo and Nick @ Taverna I was very pleased with the no pressure and smooth transition of my purchase. Arturo took the time to explain the history of every car I looked at and test drove till I finally connected to the perfect car for me and my family. I give the Taverna sales team 5 Stars. Thank you! Hello everything that I write in this message I will show proof with documents and the bills I have so far . Do not trust this dealership with their description of cars. I purchased a landrover and paid in proof with documents and the bills I have so far . Do not trust this dealership with their description of cars. I purchased a landrover and paid in full 2 weeks before they even had truck to see it for themselves. But it was described as near perfect ( I have texts to prove it all). I originally was dealing with Heath ( nice guy ) but once truck was paid for there was no more contact and I was pushed over to the manager Nick . He to described truck as one of the cleanest landrovers that past through their shop ( have messages). Finally 3 weeks after truck was paid for it showed up at almost 1am with no way to inspect it but it did have battery light on.( had to be changed the next day and that started the money coming out if my pocket..$ 220). I then had to have truck detailed because inside was filthy with fries under seats and just dirty period( not a huge deal)..but another $ 300 .have all receipts). The truck had no front mats , no rear cargo cover and headrests from a different truck..( this cost me around $500..but like I said they described it as wonderful). Now this is second day..I then get a call from the detail center asking me if I knew the paint was peeling off front hood? I called Nick the manager and he asked for pictures an a estimate ( I did both and estimate was $1200 to repaint this " near perfect truck" ..I have bills). Nick said he would get back to me . Now it gets better ..on drive home engine light comes on and again I reach out to Nick and get a response " I'll call you later "). No call . I call again and again and again till he finally speaks to me . His response is these lights come on all the time and it's not their problem? I have truck 2 days and I'm looking at close to $3000 in repairs. I ask to speak to owner and was told it goes no higher than him. I practically pleaded with him to at least cover the peeling paint. He offered me $420 .. this doesn't even cover the check engine light which was an oxygen sensor and I wouldn't even be able to register truck in New Jersey till I fixed it . So o did. I tried one more time to see if he'd at least give me a third of the cost or take truck back and was denied . O asked to speak with GianMarco the owner and was told no. . This was a surprise birthday gift for my wife that came almost 3 weeks late and now with repairs and truck going shop to shop my wife's been in 2 rentals.. Surprise! Walk away from them. More

I Found a RX8 I loved online so I put a $1000 deposit on it, when I went to pick it up I noticed the paint was missing in the back, there were dings all over the top and sides of the vehicle and there was r it, when I went to pick it up I noticed the paint was missing in the back, there were dings all over the top and sides of the vehicle and there was rust build up on the fender under the paint, both window modulators were busted and so is the window switch, None of these issues appeared on any of the pictures they posted nor did Dan the salesman mention anything about this. When I tell told him about it and tried to back out of the deal he told me I would forfeit my $1000 deposit. Fast forward two months, I have put in 4 new spark plugs, wires, coils and rear brake pads as well as rotors and 2 new tires. I don't expect to have to put $1,500 worth of repairs into a car I buy at a dealership just to make it safe and reliable. Horrible place to buy a car, be very careful if you choose to do business with them. More

I am not a person to leave a lot of reviews, but after my experience with Taverna Collection I feel compelled and obligated to leave a review. Overall, the buying experience with Dan was fine. If I had to experience with Taverna Collection I feel compelled and obligated to leave a review. Overall, the buying experience with Dan was fine. If I had to buy a car again from Taverna, I would highly recommend Dan, as he was responsive and helpful throughout the buying process. Overall, I would strongly advise not buying a car from this dealership. Although the car we purchased was technically running, we feel like the description of the vehicle was not accurately represented. Specifically, even though the car passed FL inspection, there are about $7-8k worth of repairs (both interior and exterior) that need to be done on the vehicle. Not all of the repairs affect how the vehicle runs, but at least 2 of the repairs are potential safety issues down the line if we do not address it right away. I called Taverna Collection about our dissatisfaction, and they offered us to exchange the vehicle (which I do not have the time to sit and wait for a vehicle we want) or to take the title and try to trade it in/sell it ourselves (which I opted to do in order to minimize interacting with Taverna Collection anymore). We found a dealer locally that would take it as a trade in and give us the vehicle we want. However, because there are some issues with the titling paperwork, we are now having to get all that titling paperwork resolved before we can trade in the car. Normally this would not be that big of a deal as we understand this title has been transferred to multiple dealers over the past few months. However, the manager at Taverna (Nick) has been the absolute worst to deal with. Anytime I reach out to him he gets defensive and upset that I am not satisfied with this car buying experience. When I have provided him the information that the other dealership has told us regarding issues with titling, he has sent defensive emails explaining how he has done everything correctly and I should not be having issues with titling. Instead of offering to help resolve any issues, he has simply implied that whatever issue I am having should not be an issue and that I have everything I need (even though I technically do not). In fact, there have been multiple times he has hung up on me even though I still had something to say regarding the issue. I am willing to admit that I have not been happy with my interaction with Taverna and have sounded upset when talking to Nick in this process. With that being said, Nick is easily one of the least professional people I have ever encountered in my life. He has shown very little empathy or willingness to be helpful in this process, almost as if he is just trying to rid himself of this situation completely (which I admit is something I am doing as well). I get that dealing with unhappy people is unpleasant and annoying, but as a manager I would expect Nick to have way more professionalism and show much less anger and resentment towards me during our interactions. Before this titling issue came up I was not going to leave any reviews despite my bitter feelings with Taverna Collection. However, after my most recent interactions with Nick, I feel that it is important for me to tell other people how unhelpful and unprofessional Nick has been after buying a vehicle. If you plan on buying a vehicle at Taverna Collection, I strongly encourage you to do your due diligence (especially if you do not live in the Florida area). I am unfortunately finding out the hard way that Taverna Collection is an incredibly difficult dealership to work with after buying a vehicle. I hope anyone reading this review will think twice before working with Taverna Collection, as it has been evident to me that they care little about their buyers once the bill of sale has been signed More
