The first thing I told my salesperson Heath was that I needed a car ASAP. I didn’t try haggling or making the process any longer than it needed to be. -price was $1K more than what is advertised online needed a car ASAP. He said they had a “truck on standby” waiting for me to finish docs so they could send it over. It never came. *2 weeks went by*.. the loan showed up on my credit report and I had already purchased insurance. They said they couldn’t send the car because they needed a $4000 deposit on file, and I immediately paid it. *another 2 days went by after the $4k deposit with no communication* When they finally got back to me, it was not to ship the car to me RATHER cancel the deal altogether because the “owner was not comfortable doing this outside finance deal”. This was 2 weeks after finalizing paperwork. The only reason I was asked for a $4K deposit was BECAUSE it was Outside financing. Ha. This was all after They had already said they would accept financing from my Credit Union and their terms. Now I have been without a car for 1 month, and have to wait until the end of the month for my credit to refresh and buy a car because I am currently showing their car on my credit and cannot have 2 car loans at the same time. Thank you for an absolute waste of time, and Heath please learn how to use a phone and communicate with your guests :) More

The experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! Since this was an online deal I expected some real honest and sincere workmanship from them. I bought the car from them and I live in Chesapeake Virginia. Because this was an online deal I had already secured the funds for the vehicle. He kept insisting that he could get me a better deal I didn't need a better deal. He kept insisting he could get me a better deal. I already had funds. He screwed the numbers asked me to fill out the check which I did. I overnighted the check to him. They sent me the vehicle with 300 more miles on it than when I purchased it. They did not follow up with me to see how the vehicle was when I received it the car was not cleaned the car was not vacuumed the car was not washed it was just a disgrace and I paid $43,000 for it. If I could rate them a negative zero I would. This whole experience is taught me never again deal with an online purchase. I don't care who the dealership is and what integrity status that they offer. The dealership is a liar and a thief. I would never recommend anybody buy a car from them. More

I purchased a masarti ghibli November 11 but it wasn't delivered till 6 days later. Within 5 day of having the car I noticed broken parts in the car. I have only drove the car 5 time and notices things was wrong but no one at taverna dealer have help with this issue. I'm planning on stop paying the car and returning it or sue for my money back. I recently bought a car from Bryan. It came with no trunk cover. I was hesitant to do the deal without it, but he assured me that he would get me one the week after purchase. Then said he was ordering one and never did. Ultimately, he ignored all messages and calls. Please stay away from him if you want to have a good car buying experience. He is untrustworthy and a liar. Purchased a 2018 Lexus LC 500 back in September 2021 —initial transaction was very smooth. However, the dealership’s transport company damaged the car while backing it off the transport trailer. I contacted Nick the GM at Taverna about how he wanted to handle —Nick took zero responsibility and instead suggested I contact the transport company that TAVERNA hired. To this date, it has not been resolved and I had to pay another $614 in repair bills. Numerous phone calls and emails were simply ignored. Things happen but the response or lack thereof says a lot about the character of the company. On top of all of this, the dealer did not process the tags and registration until late November which delayed me receiving tags for over 2 months.. Buyer beware More
