Bought a BMW 650i from them and had to contact multiple times for $500 deposit to be returned. Also said delivery was free up to $500. Told me I needed to pay an extra $150 to cover cost. Car arrived 5 days later with no tracking and had to guess when it would arrive. Record paperwork from shipment and shipping was intact only $300. When the car arrived the battery was basically dead. I put the battery on charge and battery would not hold charge and constantly ran flat. Went to get the oil changed and drain plug was stripped. Had to take to bmw to get this fixed after another shop could not get out. Had the car a few month and engine check light came on and car started to vibrate with power train warning. Another trip to bmw and inspection. Found multiple issues with car totaling in 8k of repairs. On their site it says they put all cars through rigorous inspection. Issues include coil pack failure, dangerously low rear tires, oil line leak to turbo, coolant Leak, oil pan leak, bad battery, wheel alignment needed, shock and diff cracked. I contacted them to inform of issues. I was told I should expect to have issues that will cost that much to fix due to age of car. Any inspection of a car would find most of these issues. Clearly didn’t bother to fix and shipped to me at the cost of 25k and 8k repair bills. Said they would not pay for any of the work to be repaired. Very difficult to get an answer in emails and do not care as long as they get the cash. Stay well clear. xxxxxxxx! More
