I had been looking for an Escalade for months. I live in Stuart Florida and couldn’t find anything here that I absolutely loved . So I started to look on line. I found what I was hoping would be the car for me at the Taverna dealership which was 2 hours away from me. I worked with Luis. He promptly called me back after receiving my on line message. He went above and beyond to get this car for me. Stayed in touch every day, returned my messages after work hours and assured me I would love this 2017 Escalade if I made the 2 hour trip to see it. Very unprofessional, bad communication, and only help when it’s in their benefit. When it was my time to buy my AMG, the assistance was fast, calls were being made to me left and right, but after the when it’s in their benefit. When it was my time to buy my AMG, the assistance was fast, calls were being made to me left and right, but after they took my money, then the assistance became disappointing. I bought my vehicle almost 2 months ago now and I still haven’t registered it in PA where I live. I have emailed and called multiple times, but all I get is zero to short answers. Can’t even get a simple explanation on how the title process works. Title department are zero to no help as well. No one knows the process but one person apparently. And she can’t even get things done. Very disappointing. Reny Dubon, my advisor, just wanted her cut, because after I bought my vehicle she disappeared when I needed help. And the title representative took 10 days to just send me one sentence. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer to someone else. More
