Check engine light on, tire pressure light on, touch screen not working including radio, navigation, phone etc. The mirror cover was also held on with electrical tape. They didn't even bother to clean it or put gas in it! More

Very unprofessional, bad communication, and only help when it’s in their benefit. When it was my time to buy my AMG, the assistance was fast, calls were being made to me left and right, but after the when it’s in their benefit. I bought my vehicle almost 2 months ago now and I still haven’t registered it in PA where I live. I have emailed and called multiple times, but all I get is zero to short answers. Can’t even get a simple explanation on how the title process works. Title department are zero to no help as well. No one knows the process but one person apparently. And she can’t even get things done. Very disappointing. Reny Dubon, my advisor, just wanted her cut, because after I bought my vehicle she disappeared when I needed help. And the title representative took 10 days to just send me one sentence. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer to someone else. More
