Horrible West-Park Florida used car lot called The Taverna Collection. I was simply unaware of their unethical business practices, but knew they had the Mercedes-Benz I wanted! The sales associate Tyl Taverna Collection. I was simply unaware of their unethical business practices, but knew they had the Mercedes-Benz I wanted! The sales associate Tyler, was helpful until he sold the car 6 weeks later to me! The entirely of the transaction was processed electronically. Which is quite convenient if your not local or just wanna waste monies! They even had the 2021 Mercedes-benz G550 flatbed to my winter home in boca. After spending 170k on a G-wagon with only 4k miles you would expect it to be almost perfect! Especially the dealership representative is telling you it’s all original! it’s been hardly used! It’s well taking care of! No accidents! The piece of resistance your told its the dealership owners personal car! So you assume only good things Right?You’re paying 40k premium for a car that is supposedly like new! You don’t expect a used car dealership to attempt a bait & switch on such a high-end automobile! Especially when the used 2021 Mercedes-Benz in question was purchased new in February 2022 at “Bud Small Motor Cars by Gian Marco Taverna for his own personal use! Coincidentally GianMarco is the owner & operator of the Taverna Collection in Hollywood. This is Florida, subsequently anything is possible! As I’ve been reminded! I related my concerns to the Tyler less then 24 hours since it the car was delivered! Apparently they tried to pass off a 6 year old wrong size rim & tire as a 2021! Did I mention it wasn’t even a full size tire nor even close to the right color/style rim! They even covered it with a 2013 Mercedes-Benz chrome spare tire carrier cover that had no lock or barely fits over the much smaller spare tire & rim! All the correct information was stated on the spec sheet that they provided me prior to the sale. They even left the serial number & part number on the inside cover that matches a 2013 G 63 that they’re currently selling! I forgot to mention that spare rim also has the Vin number to the real car belongs to a 2017 GL63 AMG , subsequently there are also selling! I was told to email all my concerns! Tyler relay that its a used car what do you expect! He also stated that the dealership has done their job! Really!? Prior he insured me that I should trust him on the vehicle. You gotta admit these millennials have a sense of humor or what! I am still owed the keys for my vehicle! I’m lockout of all autonomous features of the vehicle because the previous owner hasn’t been removed from The Mercedes-Benz connect account, I’m still owned A 2021 Mercedes-Benz spare tire cover, A full size tire with matching rim & all motor vehicle titles registration etc. God for bid m, I get a flat tire on Interstate 95 with the kids in that car! Not knowing what had occurred with the dealer swapping out vital safety measures! Without knowing I’ll change the tire & get back on the road! I can’t fathom endangering my families lives for someone to make a quick buck! More

Just see the other reviews! Paid around $40k for a 2016 Range Rover Sport and it arrived with nearly $9k work of work needed. Check engine light on, tire pressure light on, touch screen not working including radio, navigation, phone etc. The mirror cover was also held on with electrical tape. They didn't even bother to clean it or put gas in it! More

Daniel Peña was the reason my experience at the store was so wonderfully phenomenal. He asked me all the right questions and made me feel very secure in my purchase.
