If you live out of state from this dealer DO NOT purchase from them. I purchased my car 3 months ago and still do NOT have the title. I f you read their site the claim their "mission to be the most transparent and trustworthy dealership in Florida" Seems to be a long way away from this mission. I was satisfied with the sales process through delivery of the vehicle. My salesman Matt handled the sale transaction on Wednesday, 8/10/22 and Eli handled the delivery on Saturday, 8/13/22. Both did a great job! This is the 4th revision to my review, I’ve been patient and given the dealership the benefit of the doubt on several occasions. Service after the sale, the payoff of the vehicle I traded in and the registration of the new vehicle are completely unacceptable. It took almost 30 days to pay off the vehicle I traded in. The vehicle I traded in was immediately posted for sale on the website and was no longer on their website within a week. I assume it was sold but do not know for sure. My temporary registration expired on 9/10/22, after several communication attempts I thought the title work was in process on 9/22/22 and that I would be able to register the vehicle this week (10/3/22) without issue. However, after a visit to the DMV yesterday, there is still no record of a title application for my vehicle. My communication attempts have gone unanswered, I bought the vehicle on 8/10/22, took delivery on 8/13/22, their documentation stated that they would issue 2 temporary registrations but I only received the 1 at delivery, I CANNOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE LEGALLY AND DO NOT KNOW WHEN I WILL BE ABLE TO DO SO. More

Decided to not purchase a vehicle and was told the partial down payment will not be refunded. Did not take delivery of the vehicle nor receive any of the request pics or videos of the vehicle. I tried to buy a car with this company they said I had to put a deposit, so I did , 500 dollars, I never got approved with them for a car and never got my deposit back . So this is how this car dealership makes extra money , robbing people of there deposits never heard back from anyone. I hate to be that review that goes on a long tyrant but this is not okay that they are doing this to people. Please, do your research on this company before buying from them. Check BBB, the FTC for review, and the Consumer Protection Agency for Reviews. I worked with Tyler Ling, Susana, Renny, Arturo, and never heard from the manager Nick. All these employees and I have had a HORRIBLE car buying experience. I am located in las vegas and they are in Florida. They offer car delivery and its a ish show! I started the purchase of a 2015 Mercedes Benz GL 450 on 9/5/2022 with Tyler Ling (sales rep) I also had a 2014 Mercedes Benz cla 250 that I used as a trade in. Tyler advised he would pay off trade in , come pick it up and ship me my new car. He stated I would only be without a car for 2 days. It has been almost 20 days and I still do not have a car. He advised I would be refunded for any uber/rental cars I used in the meantime as long as I submit receipts.. I have submitted them to nick (as advised) and I have no refund yet. They shipped my new car to me on 9/16 and advised it would be delivered to my house. I called 9/19 to follow-up and the transport company advises me that I have to meet them in a different city than where I live to get my car 60 miles away and I have no car. That was not apart of the contract or deal. I tried calling Tyler no answer, I tried calling the dealership to speak with a supervisor and was treated egregiously by an employee of name Arturo that wouldn't allow me to speak to a manager or member of leadership. I then found Renny Tavernas # and called her and explained the situation in addition to never receiving pre-shipment pictures of my new car so I know the condition of it before it arrives (per contract) and that I have no car to go meet their transport to get MY CAR and that was never explained to me. she said, she herself would reach out and see what's going on and apologized for the situation. psh, no help ether. I still have had NO ONE from deal ship contact me until today and they still have no info, No refund, No car, NO pictures, No communication and have to figure out how to get my car from another city. My trade-in vehicle has still not been paid off as our agreement and we are now at 9/21 and Susana finally reached out today and apologized for NOT telling me that, that was what SHE agreed to on my behalf without telling me.
