Do not buy car/s from there! !! I recently purchased a Audi Q7 and the car arrived with several defects that was not listed or discussed during initial agreement. The sales person !! The sales manager (nick Boustead) also contacted me on the phone, but both of them forgot to mention that the car have some issues, not listed or discussed prior perches.I received the car and found out that there is heavily scratch on the rear rim, one of the rear doors is not vacuum closing like the other 3 and the most expensive fix is that both of the front headlights are fogged. Audi dealer ship gave me an estimate for $10k to replace the front LED light for Prestige trim. Also before I sign the contract I was not informed that the car comes only with one key, so there is another $800 from the dealer to program additional key! The sales person Hugo was nice and he was responding to the end of my requests, but sales manager and management team did not contact me for any of mine concerns. I sent emails and text messages, but looks like no one cares! More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have owned my car now for over 4 months. I still do not have a tag nor registration. They took over $4k for my registration and then registered it I have owned my car now for over 4 months. I still do not have a tag nor registration. They took over $4k for my registration and then registered it in the wrong state. I have asked since August for them to assist and now they have blocked my phone number. Arturo just wants a commission for a sale. Carolina is the only person that is responding to me. She needs to find another dealership to work with. I can't even drive my $45k car because I don't have a tag and they are doing nothing to help. Go to a real dealer not this scam. More
