Customer service after the sale is the worst I have experienced in my 30+ years of car buying! I took delivery of my vehicle from them while missing its rear seat that I was told was on order. Thankfully, I had it written into my sales contract that it is owed to me. Regardless, after 7 weeks and countless emails, unanswered phone calls n voicemails, I still have a vehicle I cant use to its capability. Even after getting no where with their sales and customer service department, I have had even worse luck getting an answer or response period from their “management,” if you want to call it that! More unfortunately I did not read these reviews before I purchased and the car I purchased from Zac, who at the beginning will sound to be a decent guy one who sounds like you can approach, however, when questioned or finds he's been found to also be untrustworthy and a liar will attempt some of the oldest tactics of covering his own failures by projecting them onto the customer! It's so clear and any observation by a bystander or a professional individual or attorney in these situations could clearly see what Zac and others at this dealership are doing when they attempt to stall certain circumstances to tire the customer. The deceitful nature of this dealerships behavior is then further exacerbated by the disingenuous concern of the on line customer service agent that is, allegedly concerned for your experience and attempts to further prolong the horrible customer service experience by feeding the customer with false and misleading information to assist the customer into resolving the matter by talking with a specific individual, it's all nonsense and a class action lawsuit is the only thing that will close the doors on this unscrupulous business! What a terrible experience with the dealership. Nick Anagno is a terrible salesman, at first he was friendly until i paid over 100K for the LUCID, once they received the payment the rest of custome Nick Anagno is a terrible salesman, at first he was friendly until i paid over 100K for the LUCID, once they received the payment the rest of customer service was non existent. He told me the vehicle was in showroom condition and it arrived with a lot of damage, $2,500 worth (LUCID Service quoted me) He also said the vehicle would come with original key cards, key fobs and box, i only received the two key fobs and no key cards, he even texted me stating i would receive everything and i did not. The shipping was also terrible, the truck broke down, it was delayed by a few days and the vehicle came very dirty, dirty carpets and damage. Stay away from this dealer if you're out of state. I have been trying to text/call them for weeks, their communication was non existent until recently and Nick completely ignored all my messages. They even got the paperwork wrong on top of that. Overall just a terrible experience, would never buy from them again and I hope you dont either, especially if you're out of state buyer. They sell you the "free shipping" they will deliver the vehicle for you for free, but they hide so much more. More
