This one of the worst experiences of my life, and I am 55 years old. I was lied too, repeatedly, and when i wasnt being lied to, i was being ignored. There were damage to the vehicle that was not show to me upfront. The pictures on the website are deceiving and doesn’t show what’s really wrong with the vehicle. Upon getting the vehicle I had to immediate upfront. The pictures on the website are deceiving and doesn’t show what’s really wrong with the vehicle. Upon getting the vehicle I had to immediately get an oil change and brake pads and rotors for the front and rear of the vehicle. I asked for my tags from my trade in vehicle and ray bahn sunglasses to be returned to me. My dealer promised that the items would be returned but I never got the tags or my glasses. When the courier came to pick up my trade in. I was not notified in advance so I would have been able to take off my tags or get items out of it. This overall experience has been terrible. More
