I received my SUV from them at 8:30 p.m. on a Thursday to find a completely dead battery that could not be recharged. When placing a substitute battery, the negative battery terminal was broken. The coolant tank under the hood was completely bone dry, The blend door actuator motor for the rear AC was clicking loudly when you turn the key on and is a sign of a bad actuator. The front air conditioner placed on high revealed a bad AC blower motor that needed replacement. The management will send you an email that shows their phone number and extension, but when you call it they clearly State on the message that they do not answer calls or reply to calls from that number, that you need to email their generic email for management. The car broke down after only having it 16 hours and is currently in a repair shop that the dealership said they would cover but now I'm getting the runaround and do not expect to be reimbursed. All phone calls to any dealership numbers now only get answered by a voicemail with no response. It's these types of places that make many people weary of going to any car dealer. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable dealer with far better reviews and a more trustworthy staff. More

The day after I electronically signed a contract to purchase a used vehicle from the Taverna Collection I discovered that the car I just signed up to buy had been considered a total loss by Progressive purchase a used vehicle from the Taverna Collection I discovered that the car I just signed up to buy had been considered a total loss by Progressive Insurance. I pointed this fact out to the dealership before the car was shipped to me, indicating I no longer had any desire to buy this car. They shipped it to me the next day assuring me the information I presented was incorrect. I reached out to Progressive for verification and got confirmation that the car had in fact been total lossed by the Progressive Casualty Insurance Company. I am still struggling with the dealership as all they want to offer is an exchange. I don't care to do business with them any longer and would like the car picked up, returned to them and my down payment returned. More
