Unfortunately Bethanie , I don’t know what else to tell u about the issues I had because you were included in all the emails regarding the issues. And your respond was very disappointing. Since I only had the vehicle 1 week , drove it less 200 miles when all the issue arose. I have still not been given a copy of the contract that shows me it was an “as is “ sale and again nothing was disclosed to me about the issue of the vehicle. I was given the impression this vehicle was outstanding , great condition runs amazing . When it was not . Again any one thinking of purchasing a car from them I highly recommend not to. All my family members and friends know about my awful experience with this company

I'm unsure how you can rectify seat heaters but I'm willing to listen! Was very disappointed by the deception. Also curious as to why the extra key fob, which is in writing, was never delivered or addressed when I communicated with Dan after delivery. I'm assuming he didn't respond/ignored my message since I also confronted him regarding the seat heaters. I literally still have the text from him with a picture of the seat heater button.
