This is the worst car purchase experience of my life! Not only did they oversell the car, based on what it actually was, but their followup was the WORST possible! Also, thirteen calls to them about the Title, which resulted in even more lies from Reny Dubon. I have two more days to get my Ohio License plates, and still no title! She constantly lied about my Title delivery, and got very nasty when questioned about their lies, and total lack of professionalism. I would tell you to be prepared for a rough ride if you buy from them! I definitely would not ever do business with them again!! Can you say SHADY....at every turn! More

Everything was going fine with the purchase of the vehicle that I was getting until I started finding out the truth that the vehicle that I was buying was not the one that the salesman had told me abo vehicle that I was getting until I started finding out the truth that the vehicle that I was buying was not the one that the salesman had told me about. I was under the impression I was getting a different kind of motor in the vehicle but instead the one they were selling me was a hybrid. After reading all the complaints on BBB and Google review I found that this dealership is not honest they play games with people money and they will slid in fees on the contract that is supposedly a warranty that they don’t you about. They also say one thing but do the complete opposite. For any out-of-state buyer that is considering this place I advise you stay clear of it unless you plan to go down to West Park Florida and inspect the vehicle. Don’t take my word for this. Read the Better Business Bureau complaints and also all the reviews on Google and everybody has had issues with this place. And in case the company themselves is reading this review, I’m letting everybody else know that reads as the time is up you were given a demand to refund my deposit and refund the bank back the money that they gave you for the vehicle you have failed to do so now legal action will follow. And I hope that Salesman/thief Will Zabi reads this cause I am a person of my word because you lied and refund of my deposit wasn’t sent and the bank has not been refunded the loan back charges have now been filed against you here in the state of Nevada for theft and with the financial crimes unit and charges will be filed in the state of Florida, and I will make sure that your guises business license is revoked for unethical business practices and running a complete scam. More
