They have great cars but the Service it's HORRIBLE. I purchase a Macan and come with a defective camera. They promise the repair was going to take three days...... The sale experience itself was smooth and easy. The problem I’m having is that someone lied to me. Part of the sale was that they were to install 4 new tires before I would buy it. The salesman, Marc, explicitly told me this was done and that’s why I proceeded with the purchase. He lied. Within a few days, I’m sitting on the side of the road for 5 hours with a flat. I asked the tow truck driver and the local BMW dealership I took it to and all agreed, the tires were at least two years old, dry rotted, totally out of alignment. I don’t know how they made the tires appear new but by the time I got home, 3 hours away, they didn’t look new anymore. I’ve reached out to Marc directly because I think it’s only right that they buy me a new set of tires and keep up their end of the deal and all I’ve heard back was “Your complaint has been forwarded to upper management.” And radio silence since. This is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and downright deceptive. They knowingly sent me out on 4 bad tires and a car that was out of alignment. I am giving them the opportunity to do the right thing and redeem themselves, but so far it seems like they don’t care about integrity or customer safety. More
