I was taken advantage of because I shared that my husband had just passed and I needed a vehicle. Daniel Berkeczi my awful salesperson, only saw dollar signs and got his commission and left me with a damaged had just passed and I needed a vehicle. He never mentioned any damage and the blurred pictures that I received never showed damage to vehicle and damage was never mention by any of the workers that I spoke with at Taverna. Daniel also would not give me the other key that was pictured in the car advertisement that he promised would be delivered with the vehicle. I have called Larry who is the owner and he has tagged my number and no one answers. I am now having to try to get my car fixed in order to pass Maryland inspection and get my key which no one at Taverna is addressing. This company will lie and act as if they are treating you with respect before they come in for the kill and get your money. Run as fast as you can from these predators. Bad and unfair business practices at this car dealership. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! More

They don’t give a flip about your issue with the lemon they sold you. As soon as they recognize your number they stop answering the phone completely. Lesson learned. I’ll be making the flight from Texas to personally pick up my title I still ain’t received. More
My purchase has gone like many more I read about on this site. The car took weeks to ship, when it arrived I called and emailed asking to rescind the sale as the repairs will cost $5000 or more to repair. site. The front end looks to have been repaired and CARFAX showed no wrecks. The tires had big gouges in the sidewalls, body damage and scratches, the console compartments will not open, and on and on..... I have filed a complaint with the FLHSMV as a consumer complaint, to hopefully get my vehicle registered and licensed. It has now been 110 days and they will not call me back. I talked to the salesman, no luck getting a call back as transfers have gone to voicemail. I am shocked the State of Florida continues to let this company fleece buyers. More
