Ray, their Service Manager took such care of my car like it was his own car. In fact, from the owner, Kevin Sharp, to Nick Aragon the sales rep, and Ray in Service, they made me feel like family. They truly care about their customers even after the sale.. If you are not at least checking out The Sharpest Rides as they have a huge selection of every vehicle on the road. Then you are not doing your due diligence in finding the best car, for the best price and they will service your car like no other service dept. they are top notch and the only place to go for your next vehicle and continued service!! horrible all the way around First problem I had was I had set up getting a dodge charger got approved and everything told them I put insurance on it so I could drive it right off First problem I had was I had set up getting a dodge charger got approved and everything told them I put insurance on it so I could drive it right off the lot. I get there and they go back and forth. After sitting there for a hour and a half I asked what was going on. They informed me they accidently sold it to someone else. I was upset and after waiting another hour I asked what they were going to do for me after going back and forth I got approved for a 2006 bmw 325i. We test drove it and I agreed to buy if they fixed they shoxs on the bmw because they were making a loud noise and if they replaced the tires. They agreed and said it would be fixed that next day. My car was there for 4 days without them even starting or letting me know what was going on. I called in and they informed me they needed to order the parts from china and would be there in a week. Once they were in I took my car in and they informed me it would be done that day, I called around 5pm they informed me they ordered the wrong ones and would have to wait another week for the right ones to come in and I would have to wait till then. I was furious and informed them I needed to get from and to work so I needed my car. I didn't buy this car for it to be sitting in a shop. They ended up lending me another car they had and my car ended up being in the shop for almost a month. When I picked up my car it was suppose to have new tires and a Alignment as well. The guy told me I would have to go half on the tires and go have them put on myself because they didn't have the time. I was just glad to have my car back but not even a week later my shoxs started making the same xxxx noise. I have not took the car back in yet because I am honestly dreading on what else I would have to go through with this place. I will NEVER buy from this place again and if I could I would return the xxxx car. More
Horrible Service Went in looking to buy a toyota yaris. I told them what had happened and it was as if their representative didn't even recognize me. He, for the second time recorded my information and said he would submit it. He had me waiting there about two hours when the representative told me that he would call me back and that i should leave. Did I ever receive a call? No I did not. I had to call back and the representative told me that I had to choose another car because the car I was interested in was no longer available. I mean, just tell me upfront, the truth. Don't have me running in circles for days wasting my time. Ridiculous, and they pride themselves on customer services. More
ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION!!!! never go to the sharpest rides to buy a vehicle...i brought my car on march 30th and on may 27th my engine light came on and its $1,800 to fix...and they won't fix i sharpest rides to buy a vehicle...i brought my car on march 30th and on may 27th my engine light came on and its $1,800 to fix...and they won't fix it!!!!!!!!!! i just made my first car note on May 15th and now my tags are due and have to put 1,800 into a vehicle that i didn't have for 60 days yet!!!!! i never in life go to them again!!!! very expensive lesson learned!!!! How can you sell a product that you can't guarantee....going to a Mercedes Dealership for now on someone who has a warranty for their vehicles!!! More
I bought a ford bronco that failed emissions. The service team not only fixed the issue but put $30 worth of gas into the vehicle and didn't charge me a penny. They even took it to the emissions testing cent team not only fixed the issue but put $30 worth of gas into the vehicle and didn't charge me a penny. I bought a car from The Sharpest Rides about a month ago. It was a 2003 BMW 330xi. I had problem with the car, and couldn't get the car down to them. I then took the car to the nearest BMW mechanic and had t It was a 2003 BMW 330xi. I had problem with the car, and couldn't get the car down to them. I then took the car to the nearest BMW mechanic and had the car fixed. Cost $309.02. After being in touch with Kevin the owner. He ended up refunding my money. That was something they didn't have to do, and i was very pleased. In the end Kevin made things right. I'm glad to say that they took care of me. Every one is very friendly, and does their best to make the customer happy. More
