Hands down most helpful place ever! I've been car shopping for sometime now & most places wouldn't even so much as meet me or show me any vehicles based on the phone interview they provi I've been car shopping for sometime now & most places wouldn't even so much as meet me or show me any vehicles based on the phone interview they provided me with. They always ended the conversation with telling me to get a co-signer & call back to schedule an appointment then. Today, today I got lucky & spoke with Lanny. He invited me right over & didn't try to persuade me to look at other vehicles. He understood my situation, worked his magic with the numbers I had, the trade in I had & would you believe it? I drove home tonight in the very vehicle I wanted, insured & all. Lanny is the man & I am so grateful he was the one who helped make all this happen. I couldn't be more pleased. I now know everything happened for a reason & my new to me car experience was just patiently waiting for Lanny & I to cross paths. Service department is unprofessional Frankie was amazing as the sales person. There was a couple issue with car that they said they would take care of. I was told they added a 6 million dollar shop down the street with 30 bays so there should not be a issue with getting it in. When I called to get my car fixed they said yes go ahead and bring it in we can get it in. So I took it down to them and while looking over it with them I found some more dings and scratches on the car. I knew I couldn't do anything at this time because I signed for just the check engine and one scratch. I told the service guy looks like next time I should not buy a car at night. His response was bummer nothing's going to be done. Which in my opinion that is very unprofessional. When I called back four hours later about how long it will take I was told it would maybe be looked at tomorrow but we are two weeks out to fix it. Then told we will call tomorrow if we can get to it. More
