Great customer service, great personality, and through dealing with him I knew I was joining a great family of folks who care about their customers and their satisfaction. Even with an outright purchase, there's still a lot of paperwork to be done. Wael was extremely efficient and has a great sense of humor, which is important to me, personally, and just as a part of the job he has to do. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (even Paul ;-) I'm sure he knows I'm teasing him). I cannot say enough good things about my experience at The Sharpest Rides.
