In the end, Larry Brandsen, my salesperson, was the difference maker in my decision to purchase a new Jaguar over another brand. He is very knowledgeable, not pushy and just a pleasure to work with. What I especially appreciated was he extra time he spent with me before and after the purchase to go over all the features of my new Jaguar. Paul Flood, the sales manager, was also very helpful during the process. In the end, it's about people and service, and Sharpe excels in both areas.
