The best car buying experience that I have ever had! I called Sharpe BMW to inquire about a used car on their website and was connected to Steve Glenn. I told Steve that I was 3 hours away and did not w I called Sharpe BMW to inquire about a used car on their website and was connected to Steve Glenn. I told Steve that I was 3 hours away and did not want to make the drive without some kind of estimate on my trade-in. Steve was very understanding of my situation and worked with me to get me a ballpark trade-in price that was acceptable, so I made the drive. As I arrived at Sharpe BMW my check engine light came on, so I talked to Jason Bigelow in the service department and he was very accommodating and took my car in immediately. I then worked with Steve and Sales Manager Todd Kerkstra to finalize my purchase. Steve and Todd were both extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and were very responsive to any concern that I had about the purchase. I received the final paperwork via FedEx two days later, which is the fastest that I have ever experienced from any finance department. I was very impressed with my first experience with Sharpe BMW's sales, finance and service. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Steve Glenn specifically if you are in the market for a new or used BMW. I buy and sell cars frequently and have dealt with many dealerships and sales people and this was about the best overall dealership experience that I can remember. I hope to be back some day for another car purchase from the Sharpe Collection. I am really enjoying my new car and thanks again to Steve Glenn and Sharpe BMW! More

We were able to work out all of the details by phone and email. He was determined to make my experience a good one and did everything he possibly could to make that goal a reality. Car dealers are known for playing every trick in the book to pressure you into buying a car. This dealership doesn't work that way. I found them to be completely upfront and honest. No pressure. Very refreshing. Thanks for all you did Steve. I'll be back someday for another Mini! More

Shaun treated us with respect and never tried to push us into another vehicle. Arrived in the middle of a blizzard, Shaun pulled the jeep into the garage and even gave us a flashlight to inspect the vehicle. Very transparent, didn't try to hide anything like other dealers. Great price, great Jeep, perfect condition. If you want to buy a vehicle without the pressure then go to The Sharpe Collection and ask for Shaun. You feel as if you are buying from a friend instead of a pushy con man. When its time for a new vehicle I will be going back to buy again. Thank you so much for the great deal and great experience. New Jaguar purchase experience I recently purchased a new Jaguar. I was debating between a new Jaguar and another dealership and a different brand and model. In the end, Larry Brand I recently purchased a new Jaguar. I was debating between a new Jaguar and another dealership and a different brand and model. In the end, Larry Brandsen, my salesperson, was the difference maker in my decision to purchase a new Jaguar over another brand. He is very knowledgeable, not pushy and just a pleasure to work with. What I especially appreciated was he extra time he spent with me before and after the purchase to go over all the features of my new Jaguar. Paul Flood, the sales manager, was also very helpful during the process. In the end, it's about people and service, and Sharpe excels in both areas.
