It was a Saturday the 9th of April that I took my brother with me to look at the Mini Cooper. When we entered the dealership immediately we were greeted by Shaun Waid. Typically I do not drive 300 miles to purchase a car. This was my first such experience, and a truly satisfying one. He was most helpful, and I felt confident about purchasing the car from him over the phone. The paperwork was completd in anticipation of my visit, so the process was quickly completed when I arrived. The LR2 had been serviced and detailed, and runs beautifully. Furthermore, I was most impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. This was an excellent experience, and I will certainly recommend friends take a drive to Grand Rapids! More

Shaun was an outstanding sales person. He spent the time needed to insure that we had every option that we wanted on the car that we ordered. I was blown away with the fantastic service, the great communication, and overall friendliness of the staff working at the Sharpe MINI. I was impressed with Shaun Waid when I visited the dealership approximately two weeks before we purchased the Mini Cooper and took his card. When my wife and I returned two weeks later, Shaun greeted me like an old friend. He was very pleasant, patient and thorough as he demonstrated the fundamental and unique features of the car. We took a test drive, loved the car and went to lunch to decide on which car to purchase. While we were gone Shaun looked up and discovered that the exact car that we wanted was coming in a couple of days and we bought it on the spot. Shaun then introduced us to the finance person and the manager of the dealership. We could not have had more exceptional car buying experience. More

I had a 2006 Mini and loved it. I ordered it from the factory so it had everything I wanted on it. I wasn't certain I wanted to purchase a new one. We are very happy with Sharpe & Dan! We were going to trade in our 2006 X3 for a Ford but Dan gave us a deal we couldn't refuse on a new 2011 X3. We have been very happy with the service at Sharpe ov to trade in our 2006 X3 for a Ford but Dan gave us a deal we couldn't refuse on a new 2011 X3. We have been very happy with the service at Sharpe overall, we have recommended it to friends and co-workers numerous times. It's nice to have a history with this dealership, they have treated us very well and we will continue to shop with them in the future as long as we can afford it! More

The issues were factory issues that probably should have been caught at the dealership, nothingnmajor more of an inconvenience after the issue was fixed the dealer offered to "make it right" and had a CD changer installed for us at no charge. We are leasing our second 5series and own a Z4. More
