Mr. David Wodarski delivered the highest level of service and support in providing the missing key for our vehicle. Challenges beyond a simple key replacement did occur, which we understand to be uncommon, but Mr. Wodarski and the entire service team provided a clear, concise and expeditious plan for resolution to which we are very grateful. If we are so fortunate to continue to be able to afford the finest sport utility vehicles in their class, the Range Rovers, you have gained a customer for life with our family. Shaun was great to work with, he was very accomodating and not pushy at all. Mr. Sharp also came out and talked with me which made me feel like each and every customer is important to them. This dealership has perhaps the best follow through on sales and service that I have ever experienced. Their service department on the Land Rover brand is professional, friendly and attentive, quite ra sales and service that I have ever experienced. We had a few hic-ups with the new Mini in the first few days. The issue was not diagnosed and fixed correctly the first time, but they got it taken care of the second time in. They did make up for it with great customer service and follow up through the whole process and provided a loaner for the duration of both service visits. I'm very happy with the service and continued attention from both Shaun and George - both went the extra mile to ensure we were happy and satisfied with the Mini and our experience with them. More

The showroom and the classy staff made it seem like I was in England buying the truck from the home land. All I needed was some tea and crumpets and life would have been perfect! We all strive for perfection in life and the good people at the Sharpe Collection have achieved this goal with flying colors. I was given a Range Rover by my children and their spouses as a retirement gift. Brian did an excellent job in working with them in making sure it was a delightful surprise by going along with their spouses as a retirement gift. Brian did an excellent job in working with them in making sure it was a delightful surprise by going along with their careful plans to deliver the car at a time when it was most appropriate. He approached me in my driveway with my wife and all of our children and grandchildren there in the front yard and started handing me the keys to the Range Rover which he had gently eased into the driveway. He was so gentle and gentlemanly in his demeanor that my wife asked me "is he your friend from school?" as I was completely surprised by him approaching me with the keys and saying "are you the professor?". He also patiently gave me some basic instructions of how to operate the car. Thanks for sending such a great associate to deliver the car. More
The Sharpe Collection lives up to its reputation as being the Premiere dealership in Grand Rapids. Their service is excellent! I was so impressed with the service from my first vehicle from them, I bought an the Premiere dealership in Grand Rapids. Their service is excellent! I was so impressed with the service from my first vehicle from them, I bought another new vehicle from them. From the first contact, whenever I call to set up an appointment for service, the Service Manager, Dave recognizes me right away offers several options for vehicle drop off that fits my busy schedule. When Dave is not around, the other Service Managers like Heather & Jason are always willing to help. Their loaner vehicles are always the latest models. Bob handles these requests efficiently & is usually expecting me when I drop off my vehicle. I've been given several opportunities to discuss my vehicle issues directly with the mechanic, Kevin, so they can fully understand my problem & or frustration if something is not working right. Even if they do not have all the answers, they are always willing to look things over & are open to my suggestions too. I get a prompt call when my vehicle is ready & it is always cleaned before pickup. If I cannot pick up my vehicle that day, Dave is very understanding in allowing me to return the loaner at MY convenience. I set a high standard for those I serve & expect the same from those who serve me. The Sharpe Collection has trained their staff to be the best at service. I usually try to compliment the staff at my dealership whenever they do a great job; I'm glad I got this opportunity to share this with you. Other dealerships can certainly take a lesson from the Sharpe Collection when it comes to customer service. More
