This is my third lease with Sharpe BMW and Dan Erdei. Dan did a great job in walking me through the process and made it painless. Dans communication was great and very helpfull. Ric Conkey and the entire Sharpe team were very professional, friendly,and helpful. Ric did an excellent job comparing and contrasting the BMW 328i with the competition. I ordered my New Mini Countryman from Florida this winter. I was able to order it exactly like I wanted for the same price as any on the lot. I was told I had a 12 week wait but, it arrived a month e winter. I was able to order it exactly like I wanted for the same price as any on the lot. I was told I had a 12 week wait but, it arrived a month early! Shaun was so much help and easy to work with...I love it and I have only had it a few hours. I would recommend a Mini and Sharpe any time..everyone wants to drive my little Go Cart car! LOVE IT More
I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and my overall experience from Sharpe BMW. I called to inquire about service on my BMW SUV after I had had it serviced multiple times in the last fe and my overall experience from Sharpe BMW. I called to inquire about service on my BMW SUV after I had had it serviced multiple times in the last few weeks by a local mechanic and it was decided that a computer update was needed on my vehicle only the dealership could provide. When I called initially, Ramon was insistent that I would need a diagnostic test and probably need to replace the part that I had replaced a week prior after I had just explained that this was indeed not the issue. After doing some research and calling around, I spoke with Ramon again and explained that I only wanted to do the computer update that had been recommended. He was very short with me on the phone and I didn't feel he was being honest with me at all. We have had work done at Sharpe on other BMW vehicles that we have owned and thought their prices were a little high, but when I called around to other BMW dealers in our area I found their estimates to be outrageous. At Sharpe I was quoted 5 times the amount as the dealership in Kalamazoo quoted me. I think there is some price gouging going on at Sharpe. I know I will never take either of my BMW's there again. I just don't think they are an honest dealership. BMW is a brand that prides themselves on excellence and luxury and my experience with Sharpe was certainly neither of these. More

He kept in touch with me giving me regular updates on my Mini and was always available to promptly answer any questions that came up. Everyone I encountered who works at the Sharpe Collection during the process of purchasing my new car made me very happy I choose to go through them and I would do so again in the future. More
Over Christmas I had two weeks to find a new car. Unfortunately, my Fiance had totaled my last car so I didn't have much time, and not as much money as I would have wished to find a car with. Shaun was the sales associate I was dealing with. Even though we both knew there was nothing on the lot, at the moment, that was in my budget, he still took the time for my fiance and I to drive around a few of the vehicles. He answered all my questions and was truly interested even though he knew I probably wouldn't be buying from them. There was no pressure sales tactics and no games. I may not have bought my car through them, but with how far out of his way Shaun went, they will be the first place I stop for a car next time. I highly recommend buying a car from Sharpe! If I would have had more time to search for a car I would have waiting to buy one from them due to how well I was treated. Before I stopped at Sharpe, I was about 60% sure I wanted a MINI. After I stopped at Sharpe, I was 100% sure I wanted a MINI. I will be back again when I need to trade my MINI in for a 4-door MINI when my fiance and I decide to have kids. Thank you Sharpe! More

I was at work in downtown, GR. The weather was terrible, to say the least. I needed to continue working and, given the weather, it would have taken an hour to be picked up by a Sharpe employee, brought to to say the least. I needed to continue working and, given the weather, it would have taken an hour to be picked up by a Sharpe employee, brought to Sharpe to get a loaner, and, then, drive back downtown. To keep that from happening, after Sharpe closed at 6:30 p.m., Mick, in service, had his wife follow him from Sharpe to drop off a loaner to me at my downtown office. He did so, even though he had to go well out of the way from where he lives. Rarely, if ever, do you see that kind of service these days. Kudos to Mick for going way, way above and beyond. And kudos to Sharpe for finding and keeping people like Mick. More
