The entire process of buying a car was foreign to us, you see the last car we purchased was in 2003. Not wanting to walk into a dealership and have the proverbial 'salesmen swarm' engulf us, we went to the d see the last car we purchased was in 2003. Not wanting to walk into a dealership and have the proverbial 'salesmen swarm' engulf us, we went to the dealer website, read the Bio's for each of the 'Client Advisors' and selected one that we thought would best fit what we were looking for in a salesperson. From day one we knew we had the right person! Ric Conkey spent every minute we asked for answering every question we had. His knowledge of the Sharpe inventory was amazing. Walking us through, step by step, the subtle differences of each model helped us make an educated decision. Yup, that's what we got, BMW 101, from the professor himself. I'm certain that if you're looking for a vehicle you can't go wrong looking at the Sharpe Collection. The only issue we had was with the pricing policy - We understand it, doesn't mean we have to like it. When all is said and done though, there is no doubt, you're going to get the absolute best price possible........And..........the best driving vehicle. Our 2012 BMW 535ix is a dream to drive, a computer on wheels, awesome! When you go to Sharpe BMW, ask for Ric Conkey, and as he walks you around one of their amazing BMW's, pointing out the this's and that's, ask him to show you how he unlocks the doors using the BMW badge on the front of the car! We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Quentin Groce at Sharpe BMW. After talking with him its clear he is very passionate about his work, which made the entire buying proc experience with Quentin Groce at Sharpe BMW. After talking with him its clear he is very passionate about his work, which made the entire buying process easy and enjoyable. We chose to order a 2014 BMW X3 M-Sport from the factory so we could pick and choose the colors and options that we feel are important. Quentin kept us updated on the progress and even sent me pictures as the vehicle was being unloaded from the carrier truck. As we pulled into the dealership to take delivery, we saw the X3 parked out front with a big red bow on the roof. How cool! Quentin took time to go over all the features of the car, like iDrive and navigation, and even stuck around after closing time to ensure we understood everything. He followed-up with us again the day after delivery to see how everything was going. This is our 5th BMW and second from Sharpe, and we definitely plan to work with Quentin again in the future. He is very professional, has great follow-up and communication and overall is just a nice guy. We would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation! More

My pre-visit research indicated that the car is one of the best on the market, with Excellent Owner Cost; Very Good Owner Satisfaction; Excellent Accident Avoidance; Excellent Fuel Economy; Good Predicted Reliability, Excellent driveability and Very Good Value Retention. I went to the dealership with one question left, "Am I going to fit comfortably into the vehicle ?" I was met at the door. The sales representative took me directly into going over the features, "Yes. I fit into the car." The test drive was efficient, complete and fun. The price was exactly where I needed it to be. Selection (from extended inventory, i.e., including other dealerships), acquisition and delivery all went smoothly. I was pleased to not have to wait on a manufacturer order. And, I am now driving and enjoying my 2013 Mini Cooper. Good Job to Everyone Involved. Thanks :) More

Quentin Groce was my sales rep a I purchased a BMW at Sharpe in February of 2013 and I wanted to share a few things about my experience at Sharpe. Quentin Groce was my sales rep and he was absolutely incredible. My prior BMW had been declared totaled and I had no choice but to purchase another vehicle and during that stressful, frustrating time for me, Quentin made my experience at Sharpe nothing but positive. He was incredibly accommodating while we patiently waited to hear back from my insurance company, we test drove two cars which he was very knowledgeable about both of them and he took care of all the transferring of insurance policies and out-of-state license plate changes. The icing on the cake was once all the paperwork was completed and I was so anxious to get out of there in my new car, I walked outside to find a huge,red bow on my new BMW. It was so special and so exciting for me, something I will never forget. Thank you Quentin Groce and Sharpe BMW on a great experience! More
Just bought a new Mini Countryman from Shaun. It was a great experience. Very helpful and worked with me on decisions. So far I love my Mini. Only have a little over 100 miles so far. I was used to driving a Yukon with a 26 gal. gas tank. So the Mini is so different, it is going to take time to get use a smaller car. I would recommend anyone to try the Mini out. This is my first car purchase on my own. I went to sharpe with my friends before I have a full drivers license (I'm new in the U.S), we first went to the land rover (one of my friend went to the land rover f with my friends before I have a full drivers license (I'm new in the U.S), we first went to the land rover (one of my friend went to the land rover for some service of his car), then we went to BMW to look at the cars we want to buy, and finally we went to the MINI. Shaun helps me choosing and describing the car that fits my budget and interest. I also had a chance to test both version of the car I'm interested in. I also worked with George. Overall, Shaun and George are very helpful and friendly. I finally bought a MINI recently. I have some issues with the car's accessories (since I'm buying the last year model) but so far they are willing to replace the parts. More
