The buying process was quick and fair without any nonsense, double-talk or games. Every promise was kept, all statements were accurate and Quentin and Bryan (Sales Manager) could not have made the buying process more pleasurable or efficient. My first BMW bought from my city's dealer. In the past I've bought a used BMW off of eBay and leased a new BMW from another dealer in the state. From the point I met Dan on my first visit for a test drive, through additional test drives and frequent email communication, I found him knowledgeable, friendly, and not overly pushy. The price negotiation phase is always an uncomfortable one for me, but this time it was a bit better than expected. I didn't have to play one dealer against another, but do feel like Grand Rapids pricing is not competitive with other metro areas, and further, the GR dealer doesn't seem to have a good handle on what is going on in the larger BMW fan community via forums like BimmerFest and BimmerPost. Once I had the car ordered, Dan kept me in the loop on the production status. I wanted some dealer-installed accessories put on the car before I took delivery, and this turned out to extend things by a couple weeks. Dan was great in working with me to keep the car indoors, make the staff at the dealer aware of what it was waiting on, etc. Overall, an excellent experience. Go see Dan for your next BMW! More

I had been shopping for a used SUV for about three months. When I first met Ric, I did not buy the SUV I test drove, but he kept my contact info and said he would keep an eye out for me when SUV's we months. I had two other dealerships in the area tell me the same thing, but I never heard from them after I walked out of the showroom. When Ric contacted me with a couple other SUV's I may be interested in, I actually was pleasantly surprised that he did not forget me. Once you walk out of the showroom, Ric will keep working to find what you're looking for, not many dealerships work that hard to make a potential customer, a definite customer. I am so happy with my new SUV, and I have Ric to thank for that. He is very knowledgeable about BMW's and can answer any question you may have. I will definitely recommend Ric to my friends. More
