Sharpe BMW is one sharp operation! Both Dan Erdei and Bryan Dandurand were among the best dealership representatives I've ever worked with. This pre-owned 5series is my 10th car in 24 years and the "experience" is not just talk. I drove the car late Saturday afternoon and picked it up at 10:30 this morning. I sent an email in advance asking for information, copies and a few items regarding detailing. All were addressed and ready for me when I walked in the door. Dan was prepared for my arrival down to the last detail. He was very efficient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It was, bar none, the best car purchase I've ever experienced! This team is the gold standard of customer service...or, a better description yet...customer delight! I had their full attention every minute that I was there, and every minute exceeded expectations. I am SOLD! And I love my car...thank you for a great morning and the beautiful red bow on the top my car when I went out to see it! Great presentation. I left without a question or a concern. Without hesitation I recommend The Sharpe Collection to the most discriminating buyer! More
I've been driving a Volvo for over 20 years, but it wasn't until we rented a MINI on a vacation in California that my focus shifted. The problem was that we needed a car that had more room in it for ou wasn't until we rented a MINI on a vacation in California that my focus shifted. The problem was that we needed a car that had more room in it for our 2 dogs. Luckily MINI realized the potential for making a slightly bigger vehicle with the Countryman! Living at Lake Diane (Camden, MI, Hillsdale County) we do not have a MINI dealership close by, in fact they are hours away. Thanks heavens for the internet and the informational websites the MINI dealers have available. When we spotted a car we were interested in Shaun was amazing in getting us the information on it that we needed. He even took a couple pictures of it and emailed them to us so we could see it. With all of his pre-help, we decided to make the 2-1/2 hour trip to Grand Rapids to further explore this car. Shaun couldn't have been nicer, had incredible product knowlege, was very honest with us when the answer to some of our questions were maybe not what we hoped, and best of all, was not pushy and gave us the space to absorb the information and make a decision. Because of the distance, we made a decision that evening which meant to process the deal Shaun and other management personnel had to stay way past their 8pm closing time. You could tell they were genuinely happy to do it so we could drive our new MINI home. Shaun followed up with us the next morning to make sure we arrived home safely (after midnight) and again reiterated that he was always available to answer questions, etc. He was a a true gentleman, a great salesman, and made this car purchase a wonderful experience. Mr. Tonning was very informative about all different series of BMW including mechanics, engines, history of productions, qualities, advantages, and not to forget the driving experience! He tried quite few of them on the race track! I learned a lot about BMW from him. Mr. Tonning was friendly, easy to talk to, professional, and candid in his advice. He helped me to make my final decision and choose my new car! Mr. Tonning and the staff at The Sharpe collection were very friendly and patient! Customer satisfaction is very important to them. I tried 3 BMW cars from the dealership and I was not able to make up my mind. The "picky" list of criteria that I wanted did not match available cars even in the regional inventory list. He was more then happy to help me and order a new one. It was my first car I ordered directly from Germany! I remember him saying that I , as a customer, need to be happy and satisfied about every single details of my new car! He is a true beemer guy! From the financial stand point, I had a great deal and a competitive price! It was fair for all parties. I have already recommended The Sharpe Collection for my friends. As a BMW returning customer, The BMW Sharpe Collection knows how to treat loyal customers. The Staff value the Beemer culture and the passion for BMW cars as the ultimate driving machine! My wife has desired a Jaguar for the longest time. Via an internet search of Sharpe's inventory, we were lucky enough to discover a 2012 British racing green XF model. British racing green happens to be my favorite color for Jags. So combining my enjoyment of the color and my wife's want of a Jag generally, I sent an email contact to Sharpe letting them know my interest. Less than a day later, Dave Bahls phoned back and the purchase process began. Dave couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. He patiently spent much time with me answering my many questions; some that I'm sure I asked more than once. So smoothly did Dave orchestrate the entire process -- from test drive to transaction conclusion, that it all was seemingly completed within a blink. In the middle, Dave took care of quickly getting added protective coatings applied to the vehicle and ordering some accessories for me. As stated above, he was most helpful throughout. The best part is, Dave volunteered to deliver the vehicle to me at my office once everything was finished. Talk about "white glove" service -- Dave can apparently do it all -- salesman, expediter, and deliveryman. The only thing he couldn't provide (tongue fully in cheek) was a BIG RED BOW for the top of my wife's newest gift -- her first Jaguar!! Many thanks to Dave for making my whole experience incredibly easy. I can't begin to tell you how much fun it was to drive all the way to Wisconsin with a Jag in Dynamic Sport mode under me and deliver it to my wife. You know, the XF really does growl in Dynamic mode when you hit the accelerator. And what acceleration it is indeed!! WOW!! What a rush!! I love it. My wife's a bit timid with it thus far, but she'll get the hang of it soon I'm sure. :>) More

When I came to the lot, they greeted me and allowed me to explore what they had on the floor. They were attentive and when realizing that I wanted something more custom, allowed me to build the perfect car for me. They reached out a week later to let me know they had an event and that I could save on the car of my dreams and I came running back in. You guys were awesome, I am so very happy with my brand new 2014 X3, and I have already told everyone I know to come and see you guys. Thank you again!!!!!! More
