Very professional and friendly staff (Shaun was awesome). Found the vehicle on their website on Thursday and was picking up my new car on Saturday. Was worth the 2+ hour drive one way. The Jaguar XKE has always been my dream car. When Jaguar Land Rover came out with the F Type I was excited. Driving by the delearship by mistake, I noticed My new dream car. I was greated outside by Dave Bales and without pressure He showed Me the vehicle and explained all the features and nicities. I didn't return to the delearship for 2 days trying to talk myself out of the purchase. When I did return the vehicle was gone. Dave took the time to researce the US to find what I wanted. The car was on an ocean cargo ship headed to Florida. Dave was able to have the Jag. transfered to Grand Rapids. When I went to pick up the new vehicle all the paper work was done. A few signatures and a check and gone in minites. He even had my insurance card. After getting home and wiping all the drool off of myself, I had questions. Contacting Dave he answered my questions and said he would research other consearns. He did, I was satisfied. I feel he went out of his way to satisfy a customer. I can't coment on the service department as I won't need them for a year. If any friend or family member were interested in Jaguar or Land Rover I would recommend The Sharpe Collection and Dave Bahls. Even though it has been over 2 months since I purchased and took delivery of my car, I am still not happy with the whole experience. This is the most expensive car I have ever purchased, as well as the mo and took delivery of my car, I am still not happy with the whole experience. This is the most expensive car I have ever purchased, as well as the most frustrating vehicle purchase I have ever made. The sales people were far more interested in pushing the inventory they had on the lot than in providing me with a vehicle I would be happy with over the long run. When I asked about ordering a vehicle, my answer was "we could do that" and the subject was dropped like a hot potato. The BMW sales manager that came to "seal the deal" was not the least bit interested in what I wanted, only how much extra I would spend on the vehicle. The MINI manager I spoke with after the sale about my concerns decided to blame all of my concerns on "buyers remorse" when in fact the problem is that they were not really interested in selling me what I wanted. Bottom line: I am stuck with a vehicle that has a difficult ride, is the wrong color and makes too much engine noise at highway speeds because the dealership didn't listen to what I would have liked to have. More

Shaun was very helpful, informative, answered a lot of questions I had and kept in touch with me until I found the car I wanted. He went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He made the experience very pleasant and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a MINI. I am thrilled with my new car! More
We were in Grand Rapids for business, and before our arrival had viewed a 2014 diesel 328d online that we were interested in checking out. When we arrived at Sharpe we were not initially able to locate the vehicle on the lot. Upon entering the dealership we came in contact with Quentin and explained to him what vehicle we were looking for. Right away he went out and located the car we were interested in and brought it to the front door for our inspection. Realizing that the car we were looking at online did not have the options we were initially wanting, Quentin then took us out back to another 328d that had just been delivered off of the transport truck with all of the options that we were looking for. Although not the car we originally came to see, this particular model seemed to grow on us instantly. (There is something to sitting in a brand new car with covers still on the seats!). Needless to say we left with our brand new 328d and could not be happier! Quentin made our experience as smooth and seamless as could be, and by far our best auto purchase so far! Being from the northwest part of Ohio and purchasing a new car some 3 1/2 hours away, we were not the least bit apprehensive about doing business with Quentin and the great people at Sharpe. We both highly recommend the dealership to anyone. And great thanks to Stephanie also in the finance department to making a usually nervous and somewhat intense situation also go incredibly smooth, calm, and somewhat comical! Thank you! I had previously (about 2 years ago) bought a Mini Clubman demo as a surprise for my husband after a test drive and Shaun not only made the transaction quick and smooth but he also kept my secret. His knowledge and expertise with the Mini brand was excellent, so when my husband decided to return the favor and purchase me a new Mini we went right over to Sharpe to talk with Shaun. We were looking for a 2013 All Wheel Countryman S in a specific color with a lot of options that I decided it must have. Shaun took down all the information regarding what we wanted and kept in contact with us in regards to his search. He was unable to find us a 2013 that had everything we wanted for options but did have a 2014 that was being shipped over that had most of them. We expressed that we really did not want to go with a car that would not have been our first choice, and Shaun quickly assured us that if we did not mind waiting approximately 6 weeks we could order one custom that would have everything we wanted on it for options. Shaun made suggestions to add a few different options that he thought we might be interested in and helped us design exactly what we would be happiest with. My husband also asked that the car have window tint and 3M tape applied prior to delivery and Shaun made it happen. When he called that the car was ready we went to pick it up and it was perfect! The whole transaction was extremely easy thanks to Shaun. I would definitely recommend using Shaun if your in the market for a new or used car, he is very easy to talk to and has a genuine interest in making the customer happy and delivering a superior product. The first jaguar I considered (which he brought to my office for me to test drive) wasn't roomy enough, so knowledgeable, and was great to work with.
