Kassandra was very nice but I wasn't happy with my visit. I waited for over 3 hours and was finally told that parts had to be ordered for a simple key fob. I asked for an oil change too but that wasn't don I waited for over 3 hours and was finally told that parts had to be ordered for a simple key fob.
