Juan was very professional explaining the details of what my car would need based on the mileage in the car. Meantime, I will pick up the car after the service is completed & I would have to bring the car back when the ordered parts are received in their shop. This is a review for the service center as I have not been to the dealer in 2 years. I have had no issues with the service center. Usually have gone Saturday mornings and they are pretty quick for your b been to the dealer in 2 years. I have had no issues with the service center. Yes it is a bit pricey but they have never pushed any kind of unnecessary work on my car and I have the piece of mind of Honda tech experts working on my car. More

Just once, I'd like the advertized special deal any dealership offers, just to be the actual deal you get when you walk through the door, without the back and forth with the manager and/or having to mo dealership offers, just to be the actual deal you get when you walk through the door, without the back and forth with the manager and/or having to move numbers around when they clearly don't add up. Our salesperson, Willis Nunez, and sales manager, Jose Abreu, were doing their best to get us the advertised deal, and in the end they succeeded which was very much appreciated. Initially, the numbers weren't adding up, among other things, due to my misunderstanding of how taxes are applied on a lease. Also, I'm mindful of what can be exhorbinant fees some dealerships apply. Fortunately in my case they were negotiable and removed after raising concern. The other issue I had was this apparent new trend I've seen with other dearlerships, wherein they deduct the manufacturer delivery fee from the MSRP as if to be offering a discount and lowering the cost of the vehicle. But, only to then add it back later as part of the upfront costs, which negates any percieved discount. I found that strange if not suspect. However, all things being equal, we did get the lease deal that we sought. Thank you, again. More
