Scratched my rims again, 2 of the last 3 visits. I didn't feel like arguing about it again so I didn't file any complaints, being told "it didnt happen here" is so irritating that I knew I would not be able feel like arguing about it again so I didn't file any complaints, being told "it didnt happen here" is so irritating that I knew I would not be able to have a civil conversation about it so I just left. I don't know why your technicians don't give a xxxx about the customers vehicles, but its obvious when you cant manage to remove lug nuts without chipping black painted rims that your technicians do not give a crap. Teach them how do it properly or find someone else to do it. More

Service took a bit longer than anticipated, but better than I experienced at other dealerships. Tires were a bit pricey but worth the convenience. The service advisor, Kasandra was friendly and informativ than I experienced at other dealerships. Tires were a bit pricey but worth the convenience. Needed door handle replaced under Honda Care warranty. Dropped off for expected 2 hour job - called 6 hours later being told they ordered the wrong part but they would get the right one next morning and Dropped off for expected 2 hour job - called 6 hours later being told they ordered the wrong part but they would get the right one next morning and complete it. Ultimately they installed new handle, but (1) did NOT rekey the new lock cylinder to match existing keys and (2) charged me $35 for a little rubber nub. These 2 items remaining how they are do not constitute repairing the car to the original manufacturer standard. Spoke to Steven who tried to advise me that they're a franchise and not actually associated with Honda Care. Was told that they "could not" key the locks appropriately. When I went to pick up I confirmed with cashier that they do in fact rekey locks there. Left a message for their service manager, have not received call back. I am escalating up through Honda. I'd assume if the dealership won't honor the Honda sponsored service plan then Honda wouldn't want them selling Honda cars. More
