Overall ok experience. . my problem was fixed. I’m sure there is a disconnect between dealer and service because somehow I was responsible to purchase a new tire. This tire . my problem was fixed. I mentioned it at my first service. And I mentioned in upon test drive. My service coordinator explained the tire in question was “plugged” as a repair.. implying it was something I did? And would not hear that I had not taken the care to any other service other than Honda. Didn’t appreciate that. More

This was my second oil change in a row at Babylon where This was my second oil change in a row at Babylon where my windshield washer fluid was not topped off. The service order says all fluids were topped This was my second oil change in a row at Babylon where my windshield washer fluid was not topped off. The service order says all fluids were topped but yet the reservoir was empty. When I was there last weekend the service agent specifically wrote on the service order to top the fluid but yet once again the windshield fluid reservoir was empty and the service order once again checked all fluids topped off. I’m just hoping the actual oil change is being completed since that box gets checked off as well. More
