When Reed Cronin retired after taking care of our 2 Honda's for over 10years, there was concern over who would step in and be our new advisor. For the best part of a year after that, I used all the se Honda's for over 10years, there was concern over who would step in and be our new advisor. For the best part of a year after that, I used all the service advisors and they were all good. But eventually I "clicked" with Steven Ferchak and he has been taking care of our Honda's ever since. You definitely pay a premium for using the dealership for your service, but after our last 2 honda's made it 200,000 miles without any major issues I was sold on regularly maintaining our cars, and Babylon Honda haven't steered us wrong. Steve does a great job of letting me know when our cars need work and always gives an accurate approximate time as to how long that the service will take. He takes the time to explain what will happen if I don't get the work done, or why I need the work done, or how urgent the work is. I'm grateful for the working relationship that we have built and hope to use Steven and Babylon Honda for many years to come! Thank you Steve!! More

Fenix was on top of his game, and I like dealing with people that know what's happening. He got me processed in quickly and brought my paperwk to me when the repair was finished.
