They took off my my plate hold and replace it with one of theirs with out letting me and kept the one I had on my car. It called stealing. I went to get a fuel injector and transfer case fluid. The adviser doesn't now what a transfer case and where is this located. Also, when I called customer service they said the car is ready but then received a call from service that the car is not done. I know service is to make money but I think make a customer be the policy. More
