This was my first visit to the service center since purchasing my new Honda. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Delivering my car to the service center was easy. My advisor, Abraham, was pleasant and knowledgeable and did his best to get me finished quickly.The department was clean.I could not give a 5 because of 2 reasons. Firstly, in the reception area there was not food or snacks to munch on. And yes I am aware that covid prevented any of this from happening but covid has passed, for the most part so let's not be so cheap! Let's not give your customers the idea that this is a cheap dealership!! My second reason is no car wash!! Really NO car wash. Let's not be so cheap. More
