My first is there I got Claudia and set up detailing and wanted an remote start for the car... she handled setting up an appointment with me as if she were doing me a favor. I’m not one to say anything hey maybe she was having a bad day. I called Claudia back with question about the remote but when I didn’t receive a call back - (they didn’t tell me she was off till I complained about no call back).. I asked about the remote also having lock/unlock feature and was told they didn’t make those for cars that old. I said I had just had one in a 1997 Toyota done at Best Buy 9 years ago and was told well we don’t recommend using OEM parts ( funny thing about that - guy at Best Buy says Babylon Honda subcontracts our to them... seriously people???) At any rate I cancelled the remote with Honda. Now the day of my detailing appointment when I brought the car in guess who I get Claudia.....still the same attitude no missing it this time... what I’m not worth your time?... you’re certainly taking my money. When I came to pick up the car it was dark and for the most part I was very happy thought it looked good for and $169 + tax and having it for 8 hours it should. What I wouldn’t see until the light of day and until I opened the back up ...were stains still on the carpet ... dirt still on the sides inside and along the back. At that price, for the crappy attitude and shoddy work they won’t be seeing me again. I’ll bring my much loved Honda to a place where it will truly be cared for. More
Best service department I only trust taking my car here instead of a regular mechanic. They used to be good I have a 2006 Accord that has over 200K miles. I needed an alternator which they replaced for the ridiculous fee of $900 when I could have gotten it I have a 2006 Accord that has over 200K miles. I needed an alternator which they replaced for the ridiculous fee of $900 when I could have gotten it done for less but I was ok with it. I went there last Saturday to get an oil change and was told by the way your drive belt is in the "yellow" and really should be replaced. First why is the drive belt not included with the over priced alternator and secondly if not why not tell me when they are replacing the alternator that the belt needs to be replaced. There would not have been any additional labor as the belt needs to be taken off in order to replace the alternator. This is their way of getting soaking the customer for money More

Absolutely worse service experience I have ever had!! I scheduled a routine oil change. I was told by the sales advisor (Steve Ferchak) that a part needed to be replaced and wasn't covered by the warranty I scheduled a routine oil change. I was told by the sales advisor (Steve Ferchak) that a part needed to be replaced and wasn't covered by the warranty. I asked if we could call the warranty coverage center together to confirm. After calling within 2 minuted we found that yes the repair was covered in full!!!! Then when the repair was done I saw my car pull up and it sat there in the parking lot. I inquired as to why I was still waiting and I was told he (Steve) was with a customer. Guess what? He wasn't!! He was sitting in the back doing paperwork. Not mine!!This is the third time this has happened at this particular service center. I did speak with a manager Mr.Marino who was nice enough but not even really listening. I do believe this service center is a dishonest one and does not care about its customers only the money they try to defraud!! I will follow up with an outside agency because I have all of the paperwork proving my complaints. Stay away from this place!! More
Beyond my Expectations On 4/29/17 Saturday morning around 7am I went to get my 2010 Honda Accord serviced. On Saturday evening I drove off the lot with a 2014 Honda Accord On 4/29/17 Saturday morning around 7am I went to get my 2010 Honda Accord serviced. On Saturday evening I drove off the lot with a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L.... How do you ask? His name is Thaddeus Brewer, the best Sales Guy ever. I met him at the Service Center and he overheard me talking to Donna (another great person who is at the Service Center) about me walking home since my car would be there for a while. I was setting up my fit bit and almost left, Thaddeus called out to me and spoke about how great it would be if I was in a newer vehicle.... me being skeptical about everything I said if he could make it happen, then I would give it a shot. He said he would call me once he reviewed some information.... This is where I said to myself, it's not going to happen. Sure enough Thaddeus called me around 9am as promised... He first asked me about my walk, we had a laugh about it then he said he would like to show me some cars. Because Thaddeus knew I did not have my car, he actually picked me up.... who does that. From there, that is when all the magic happened, Thaddeus was such an honest guy, he walked me through the process and made sure I was aware of everything. He even missed his lunch break. He drove me back home to ensure I had all necessary information because he was very confident with the process. He knew I was going to leave with a newer vehicle. Sure enough I did... and loving the car. Everyone during this process was great. Donna the Service Advisor at the Service Center was really nice when I came to clean out my old car. The Finance guy was awesome because he was able to work with numbers. Office Manager was also great because she was friendly and kept the positive vibes throughout. Most importantly Thaddeus made everything come together for me, he was very personable and honest. He did not pressure me like your typical sales guys (perception). But rather he made me feel like an individual. His Customer Service was 'Beyond my Expectations'. This is my second time buying a Honda from Babylon Honda and I was very pleased both times. I would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to go there; you won't be disappointed. Also, if you own a Honda and it needs to be serviced, go to the Service Center that is close by. Everyone there is also great. More

Fenix was such a great help during the entire process, keeping me updated and guiding me through the insurance process. When I finally picked up the car, it was in terrific condition. Amanda and Christie at the front service counter were kind and extremely helpful, explaining all the charges clearly. And, Erik, who delivered the car to me, took the time to answer some questions I had. Collectively, Fenix, Amanda, Christie, and Erik are a terrific team!! More
