Prompt, courteous service Babylon Honda has it down pat...from when you drive up to the service doors and they open automatically to when they pull your car up to the waiting r Babylon Honda has it down pat...from when you drive up to the service doors and they open automatically to when they pull your car up to the waiting room door when they are finished. The only delay I experienced was when I was waiting for one of the service advisors to "check my car in". I waited approx 15 minutes for that to begin, but it appears there was a computer printing issue. The Advisor was apologetic and very sweet. I immediately noticed how clean this repair center appeared; even the area in which you drove in. The waiting room was equipped with 2 t.v.'s, comfortable seating, charging stations and vending machines. I was told, when scheduling my appointment, it would take approx 1 hour to replace the airbag that was recalled and have an oil change. my car was done within an hour. Everyone was very nice and appeared happy. Good Job Honda!! More
