Three times in three weeks I used to love the service center at Babylon Honda. I made an appointment because of a recall, and when I called, told them what the recall was and th I used to love the service center at Babylon Honda. I made an appointment because of a recall, and when I called, told them what the recall was and that I had been having smoke coming from my door and now part of my window switch wasn’t working. Because it was an urgent recall, I expected the part would be in five days later. I dropped it off, and after four hours, they did a diagnostic and told me they would have to order the part. I wasted my time because they had to order it and I had to go back the following week. They also told me my tires were fine after driving over 45,000 mikes on them. I knew they weren’t fine, so when I brought the car back for the recall repair, I asked them to recheck the tires. Well they went from being fine, they rated it as green, meaning more than 7/32, but one week later it was at 3/32. How? So they finally did the recall repair, then told me the tires needed t be replaced and they were in stock. I was called back three hours later, saying the tires were not in stock, and they would need to order them. When I picked up the car, they told me the total, which included the cost of the tires. A few days later, I got a postcard saying my part was In, so I made an appointment to go in again, detailing why I was bringing in my car and asked if the tires were there. I was told they were. Additionally, the panel where the window control was repaired had popped up, after they had fixed it, so it needed to be fixed again. Dropped off the car, got a call more than an hour later saying that I hadn’t paid for the tures so they were never ordered. I have a receipt proving that I paid for them. The only balance was for the labor and alignment. The woman told me I would have to pick up the car and pay again. I asked to speak with someone else, and he finally was able to help me. I’m not satisfied at all. Their service lately has gone down hill. I used to trust them and now I’m not sure I’ll ever purchase from them again. More
My review I unfortunately needed an expensive repair which required 6 hours to evaluate and then repair. He offered to drive me to a local food place since it was raining a lot:) More
Oil Change Last time I had a oil change, same problem. When I returned home I noticed the car was leaking oil. I took the Accord to Honda had a problem, given a story, after I complained the car alarm was fixed. I went for a recall had nothing to do with car alarm. It seems like every time I go to Honda there is a problem. I have been going to Honda for all my car maintenance since I purchased them, but over the past few year I have been very disappointed. I go in with no problems, just maintenance and when I return home, I have to return to Honda again. This is not a positive experience. More

Long wait. Caught someone in a lie. It was supposed to take 2 hours. Took over 2 1/2 hours. Also, the service person in charge of my car said I used off-label wiper blades which was a to It was supposed to take 2 hours. Took over 2 1/2 hours. Also, the service person in charge of my car said I used off-label wiper blades which was a total lie. The ONLY people I let change things like that on my car are Honda people so either the mechanic I used last time I had my blades changed did something they weren't supposed to or the service guy yesterday was lying. Now I know I can't trust anything that they say. Also, they are very expensive. More
