Service I needed wasn't available and no one mentioned that Advisor failed to tell me in advance that I needed to make a separate appt. for the remote start. I drove an hour for no reason. Decided to have my tires rotated which takes 5 minutes and waited 2 hours even with an advance appt. Next time, I'll go to a closer Honda service center. More

Strange sound in Fit On a medical emergency visit for a family member a strange sound began in my 2009 Fit. Up to now the Fit has been 100% sound. A diagnostic was done an On a medical emergency visit for a family member a strange sound began in my 2009 Fit. Up to now the Fit has been 100% sound. A diagnostic was done and the tension pulley was replaced. It took several phone calls over three days to find out if the car was ready. When the car was brought out to me (after me paying the bill of over $600) the car still was making strange sounds. I went back in and spoke to the service department where I was told that the noise should go away as the pulley adjusted and that maybe the water pump was vibrating a little and may need to be replaced in the future. I have had the water pump replaced and the noise is still there. A very frustrated customer. More
