Waiting 3 hours before telling me my tire was damaged. I am an 85 year old woman and I brought my car for an oil change/tire rotation. For 3 hours I sat in your waiting room before I heard about my tire. I am an 85 year old woman and I brought my car for an oil change/tire rotation. For 3 hours I sat in your waiting room before I heard about my tire. My family r said I should have come home so they could look at it and purchase it cheaper than what I paid for it. I only have 12,800 miles and I was told I needed a lug nut replaced since it was rusty. He didn't charge me for the lug. My bill was $407. More

2 hour wait I had an appointment and still had to wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil change. If you have an appointment you should have priority over the walk-i I had an appointment and still had to wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil change.
