Awesome! Steven is honestly the best. When walking in, I explained my situation with my cars brake system, while also expressing my financial issues. Without h Steven is honestly the best. Without hesitation, Steven went above and beyond to make sure my car was on the road safely and for an affordable price. The staff here is always friendly and helpful and I was blown away by how much he went out of his way to help me. Keep up the good work and give this man a raise! More

Not too happy with the customer service I received. I dropped my car off at about 10:30 for a 10:45 appt, for an inspection, nothing else. They said they would call me when it was ready, & even verified I dropped my car off at about 10:30 for a 10:45 appt, for an inspection, nothing else. They said they would call me when it was ready, & even verified my phone number. At 4:30PM when I still did not receive any communication, I called and asked if it was ready. The woman had me on hold for a bit and then told me that they had just finished up my inspection and they were bringing the car out so to come by. I got to the service center around 4:45PM and was handed my keys and forms, and on the form it said 12:45PM I said was my car ready at 12:45PM? And she said yes, we called you and left a message, I said no you didn't I never received a voicemail she told me they called the number on file which happened to be my parents home phone number, not the number I verified! - a number that should not be on my account. She said the car had been waiting, I said a couple minutes ago when I called you said it was just finishing up? ... I left and spoke to my parents who told me there was no call or voicemail. I don't appreciate the lying and the runaround or waiting over 5 hours to get an inspection done. Could have gone anywhere, and been done within 20 minutes. Very disappointed. More
