Dealer did not honor second free oil change. I was shocked when the service adviser told me that my second oil change could not be honored. I scheduled the service in advance. Always professional! I've been to so many other dealer/service centers where they push you to spend a fortune every time you enter. This is not the case with the Babylon I've been to so many other dealer/service centers where they push you to spend a fortune every time you enter. This is not the case with the Babylon Honda service center. Although they do a thorough and very professional job, they do not push you to complete other (perhaps unnecessary) services. Throughout the entire process (and each time I've been there), the employees are kind as well as efficient. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I'm happy to refer Babylon Honda to all. More

Responsive to my request. I replaced the battery in my Odyssey a year and a half ago. When my van wouldn't start, I called Babylon Honda to check on the warranty of the batter I replaced the battery in my Odyssey a year and a half ago.
