March 9, 2019 I was happy to get Steve Ferchak again as my service advisor. He’s always pleasant & will take the time to answer any questions. While waiting for my NYS to get done, Thaddeus Brewer came in. There’s not many salesman that would take the time to bring someone or meet someone in service. As a matter of fact, I’ve never seen any other salesperson there except Thad! These two men are examples of excellent employees. Everyone should take a lesson from them. More
