Best Option I Guess Every time I go to this service center they take me without an appointment. Most of the other dealerships are always booked up. The only problem is once I get inside no service writers ever call you over even though they aren’t working with anyone. You have to stand there a while before someone finally asks if you need help. They do a good job other than suggesting thousands of dollars of work every time I come in. I bought my Honda Certified car just over two years ago so it better not need thousands of dollars of fluid flushes. All the technicians remove the paper floor mats and numbers on the other cars and park them right next to the building, except with my car. I know it’s not a big deal but I also usually bring a toddler with me and walking through the parking lot one of the employees almost hit me parking a customer car in the area where they never park mine. It’s the best option around for an appointment but it’s lacking in some areas. More

The more I look the more I find wrong with the installs I had a roof rack and trailer hitch with wire harness installed. Every day I find something new that is wrong with the work performed. First: as so I had a roof rack and trailer hitch with wire harness installed. Every day I find something new that is wrong with the work performed. First: as soon as I saw the trailer hitch I knew it was too low. Whoever put the ball on the mount did so upside down. It was set for a drop and not a rise even though the mount clearly states "This Side Up". Second: roof rails were installed but the original rear molding covers were not put back on. Now I'm waiting for new pieces to come in to have that remedied. Third: I noticed the plastic siding inside by the top of the rear window was not sitting right. It seems a new molding fastener was inserted in the interior plastic siding but the old fastener was not removed impeding the hole, thus the siding was bent and not flush with the top of the window. I had to remove the old fastener and reset the siding to where it is supposed to be, flush with the top of the window. Fourth: the interior plastic on the inside left is bulging and there's a gap, obviously it wasn't reinstalled correctly. Fifth: I just tested the wiring harness and the left turn signal does not seem to be working via my tester. The car signal works, but the harness does not indicate that it will work with a trailer connected. My car was left at the service center for two days and this is what I'm finding? I am extremely disappointed in the work that was performed after I paid good money thinking I was having this done the correct way thru Honda using Honda parts. Poor Steve knows my frustration with all of this and has been receptive to my concerns. Hopefully when I come back this week I can have the molding covers installed and the wire harness tested and fixed. This does not give me great confidence to connect my trailer and know that everything will be in working order. This is my second Honda and the first time I've had any issues with the service performed. I indicated that I would recommend this service center, but strongly stress that you look over the work performed if you have accessories installed. More
