Reed would explain everything that needed to be done, in terms that I could understand. He guided me when the choice was sometimes between a repair my car needed immediately, versus something that could wait a bit. Reed took the stress out of car repairs for me. On my last visit, Reed happened to be off, and I considered rescheduling. Christie made me feel so comfortable, however, that I stayed. I waited for my car in your delightful waiting room, watching the Mets game, and Christie texted me with her cell number, in case I had any questions or concerns while waiting. Two different styles of service, to be sure, but both insure that I will continue to bring my car to Babylon Honda, and why I refer my friends. More

Do not waste your time or money Horrible. My husband took my car in as I have the flu - they were fully aware the only thing I, the current owner (not my husband) wanted done was wha Horrible. While there, my husband waited well over an hour. They came out and said they had to patch a hole in the tire for $40. COMPLETE RIP OFF!! Everyone knows a decent, honest and trust worthy mechanic wouldn’t charge more than $10/$15 for this. they shouldn’t have done further work on MY vehicle without MY consent - and surely shouldn’t of had the nerve to charge $40 for a patched tire. Insane. The manager showed zero respect when I called to speak to him- spoke down to me in a condescending way. We will never be returning here. More
