Third bad experience Took vehicle to get right side mirror “cover” replaced due to during delivery of vehicle noticed it was scratched. Sales manager was suppose to order Took vehicle to get right side mirror “cover” replaced due to during delivery of vehicle noticed it was scratched. Sales manager was suppose to order “cover” and I would get a call back when cover was in. Two weeks later no call back. Call service and left two voice mail to one of the advisors never heard back. Call a week later and finally spoke with an advisor that told me nothing was order for my vehicle. Got transfer to parts and place part on order. You would think a parts person would know if vehicle needs “cover” or whole mirror. A week later took vehicle in for what suppose to take 10 minutes from wheat I was told. Am hour goes by and comes to find out they have to replace the complete mirror assembly. You would think 30 minutes in someone would come and say something. But no what I was told to take 10 minutes took over an hour and half. Hope they could improve communication between tech working on vehicle and the advisor also parts should know their product a bit better. More

Still same electronic problem. They said they saw no issue. I have video. Within 3 minutes on auxiliary mode I get failure after failure and radio turns off. Not felix’s Fault.
