Unapologetically Damaged my New Honda I brought my new Honda pilot in to have a tire patch applied for a nail in the tread. When I dropped the car off and spoke with my service advisor, S I brought my new Honda pilot in to have a tire patch applied for a nail in the tread. When I dropped the car off and spoke with my service advisor, Steven Ferchak, I took the time and explained my concerns that I do not want my painted rims scratched. My car is in mint condition with no scratches dings or dents and only has 15,000 miles on it. He reassured me that that was impossible since the equipment is all plastic contact points. When I received my car back The entire rim was scratched. These Honda painted rims cost me $2500. I requested I want the rim replaced. Not only was he unapologetic but he told me his manager John McGuire will not replace the Rim. He said they will have to be resurfaced. I expressed my concern that My car is in mint condition with no scratches dings or dents and only has 15,000 miles on it. I further expressed my concern that I do not want my rims to be varying in color tint and tone. I requested to speak to the manager, John McGuire. He told me he was in meetings all day. So to clarify to Steven, I said you mean to tell me you damage my car and now your manager does not have time for me? He has time to look at the scratched rim, but does not have time to speak to the customer. He assured me he would be in touch with me and I have still yet to hear back from him. This thus far has been a nightmare of an experience. I understand accidents happen, What is most disappointing Is the unapologetic nature of the employees and management and unwillingness to rectify the issue in a proper and timely manner. More
