Horrible experience This was the worst auto repair experience I’ve ever had. I brought in my car for an oil change and repair to the door locking mechanism. The car was dropped off on Saturday and I was told the car would be ready on Monday when the part for the lock repair arrives. On Tuesday i contacted the dealer since no one yet contacted me. I was told the car was ready. When I picked up the car I noted that the alarm was not functioning. The alarm functioned fine when the car was dropped off. I was told the tech was gone and I had to leave the car again. The following day I called since again no one contacted me and I was told the car was ready. When my wife went to pick up the car the alarm still was not functioning. The sales tech Stephanie was rude and insisted my vehicle did not have the feature for the horn to beep when the alarm was armed. I explained that the car has always done for several years that I’ve owned the car and to this she responded “that is not possible”. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated there is no manager on duty. While arguing with Stephanie about the alarm a tech overheard the conversation and agreed that there was an alarm problem. My wife was told to wait. After an hour and a half she inquired and was told the car would be a while. She was told the car had to be left overnight again. Thursday I called to inquire about the car and service dept refused to speak with me. My calls were put into voicemail. I called several times requesting to speak with a manager. I had to go in person to get an update on the car which the alarm still did not work. I needed the car to catch a 6am Friday morning flight and my car still wasn’t ready 5 days after dropping it off for just an oil change and lock repair. I was told too bad and the facility does not offer loaner cars. Finally I saw a manager walking around and explained the situation. he agreed that the horn should beep when the alarm is armed and there was a problem. He then gave me a loaner car which I was previously told wasn’t possible. On Friday tech Stephanie called to tell me the vehicle was ready. I specifically asked about the alarm and she stated that the alarm now works properly. Today is Monday 9 days later and I will pick up the car later today. I am very frustrated by the poor customer service and how no one would direct Me to a manager despite several requests. No one in the facility cared. I will find out later today when I pick up the vehicle if the alarm is now fixed, the alarm that worked fine when the car was dropped off 9 days ago. In addition not one person has offered any kind of apology for the inconvenience and horrible customer service. More

Except for the fact that i came in without making an appointment first.( Which I normally don't do) But for the work that needed to be done on my car and the time frame it would take, it was finished even sooner than I expected. PROBLEM WITH PAINT NOT ADDRESSED I am having a serious problem with the paint peeling off the back of my WHITE 2014 Honda Odyssey. The paint literally PEELS off, it's not chipping off, it just peeled off the back of my van. After just 5 years this should not be happening AT ALL. I brought it the attention of my service advisor who stated she took pictures and would be sending it to the District Service Manager. I have yet to hear anything from anyone, I've tried contacting the manager at Babylon Honda Service twice and have gotten no reply. Is this customer service? I think not. I will be taking my business elsewhere, I am fairly disgusted with Honda right now. More
Never going back, they are a rip off Went to Babylon Honda on June 7 for a NYS inspection and for their "D" service, which essentially an oil change and full inspection and replacement of Went to Babylon Honda on June 7 for a NYS inspection and for their "D" service, which essentially an oil change and full inspection and replacement of all fluids, wiper blades, tire pressure, replacement of air filters, etc. They also told me that I was in need of a new brakes, that the brakes were worn down and that they should be replaced immediately. I picked up the car and took it to my local mechanic, because I was not going to have the dealer do my brakes ($$$). My mechanic showed me the brakes, they were worn less than 50%! He said I could get another 30-40K miles out of them be fore they need to be replaced. He also said I was in desperate need of an oil change, and showed me the oil. I paid over $500 for their "D" service and they didn't change the oil! How can I trust they did any of the other 15 things they were supposed to do under this service? This is not the only issue I've had with Babylon Honda, but it is the latest, the most egregious and certainly the last. Will not be going back with any of the three Hondas my family owns, More
