Great Service I have had my CRV serviced by you since I purchased it in 2010. Your people are knowledgeable, kind, polite. Brought car in for service - Needed ABS Module and Battery I was told that I needed a new ABS Module and Battery. Service ordered the part and was promised that the car would be done in 4 - 4 1/2 hours. It w I was told that I needed a new ABS Module and Battery. Service ordered the part and was promised that the car would be done in 4 - 4 1/2 hours. It was completed in 3 1/2 hours. Service area was clean, air conditioned and friendly atmosphere. Brian who tended to me was polite and professional. I had been going to Millenium Honda in Hempstead but will now bring my car in for service at Babylon Honda. More

The wait was a bit longer than I would have expected BUT the place was packed and I totally understand. At least it was a sunny dry day and I sat outside for a bit. Inside are tv’s usually tuned into HGTV shows plus there is a separate quiet room for reading and working on one’s laptop or whatever. The staff is friendly and helpful. More
Bunch of crooks I called the center on Saturday 8/31. My passenger side window went down and would not get up. I explained to the rep that it seems like the motor, bu I called the center on Saturday 8/31. My passenger side window went down and would not get up. I explained to the rep that it seems like the motor, but not sure and I could hit be without my car. The rep said no problem and scheduled me in for 12:00 that day. I arrived and was greeted y Fenix and checked in no problem. It was then that I was told that if it is the motor needed to be replaced, they could not get the part till Tuesday or Wednesday. I said well let's look and see if it is that bad. An hour later the rep Fenix informed me that it is indeed the motor, reminded me he cannot get the part and I can leave the car until they get the part. I once again stressed that I cannot be without my car for 3-4 days. I asked Fenix if the window could be propped up to at least close so I can take the car home. He said we cant do that. I ask him to please try. Another hour passes and I find out that they cannot get the window back up. They charge me $150.00 and I leave disgusted as my car can now be broken into by anybody passing. I find another mechanic to look at my problem. He magically is able to get the right part. While he is replacing the motor he remarks and asks me if I am sure the Honda Center took off the panel, because the inner lining looked pristine as if it has not been touched. He changed the motor and the window still was not working. He jumped the motor and the old one magically worked and he was able to get the window up to avoid a security problem with my car. He also diagnosed the problem to me the master switch and NOT the motor. He ordered the part and it is due in tomorrow. But at least my window is up. So what did I actually pay for? Did the mechanic at the center take off the panel to examine the problem? I was told he was "inside my door", do I have a reason to even believe that? And then if I waited till Wednesday for the centet to get the motor. Then if they realized it wasnt the motor how much more time and money would I actually have to go through? I am absolutely disgusted that this matter occurred and that I even have to write this poor review. I hope this review is seen by others so they do not fall for this rouse by the center. More
