Service It was good until I found out the oil life percentage was not re-set. I had to drive back to have it re-set. I spoke to a Brian who checked the engine It was good until I found out the oil life percentage was not re-set. I had to drive back to have it re-set. I spoke to a Brian who checked the engine oil before the attendant re-set the percentage to 100%. I was afraid that the oil was never changed. The Honda dealer would have to be responsible if my engine burned out due to no oil. It was a careless mistake and I would not want anyone to experience it. Thank you! More

Left me waiting for hours Brought my car in at 9 am and did not hear from service until after 12 when I called them for a status update. Two hours later the work I okayed at 1 Brought my car in at 9 am and did not hear from service until after 12 when I called them for a status update. Two hours later the work I okayed at 1:30 was completed so in essence I was without my only car for an entire day when the work that was done on it only needed a few hours or less. No loaner cars are available or offered so if no one can pick you up you are stuck sitting in the service area. Christie, my service rep was great but she is not in charge of what goes on in the service bays. More
Tire went flat in afternoon even after i said pressure light I told them that my tire pressure light was on. When my wife and I drove our CRV (YES WE LEASE 2 CARS FROM YOU AND BOUGHT A FIT FROM YOU!!!!) and came I told them that my tire pressure light was on. When my wife and I drove our CRV (YES WE LEASE 2 CARS FROM YOU AND BOUGHT A FIT FROM YOU!!!!) and came back from shopping the tire was flat in the driveway on my Civic. They did not bother to find out what the problem was. I even wonder if they changed the oil. This is enough to end our 23 year rlationship with your dealership unless there is some restitution. I am disgusted, I am now waiting for AAA to help me so I can bring the car to Firestone. I did notice yesterday that the light was going back on before I got home from your shop so I left a message (do humans answer the phone there???) and noone responded.
