Lack of communication Dropped my car off on thursday morning for an appointment at 745am. Was told that the electrical tech they use isn't open till 930am. Got a call from Brian stating he cant come to fix my car until friday at 10am. Brian said he would not be in on friday but one of the other service advisors will be in contact with me about my car. Friday late afternoon came and no call. Called them around 4pm. Was told the guy working on my car left for the day and didnt leave any notes and no one knows if my car was fixed or not. Was told they would call me Saturday morning to let me know. Saturday morning around 9am I get a voicemail stating car is ready for pick up. When i spoke to brian at the service center he stated he came in and checked to make sure the alarm was working and then called me to pick it up. Which means it stayed there overnight for no reason. I understand things happen and I might have to leave my car there but to not receive a call on Friday about my car and then calling and no one knows anything about my car was ridiculous. Not happy with the service provided. You would think there would be better communication among the staff. More
